2. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all product specifications, quantities, sizes, delivery details and artwork supplied are correct.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully received and we have accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, the product is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
3. Artwork & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, telephone numbers, addresses, colours, sizes, dimensions and other information before approving artwork or submitting print-ready files.
Where a proof is supplied, production may begin once the proof has been approved.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Prestige cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within artwork supplied or approved by the customer.
The customer must have permission or appropriate rights to use any logos, photographs, trademarks, designs or other material supplied to us.
4. Colour & Print Variations
Colours displayed on computer, tablet and mobile screens may differ from the final printed product.
Reasonable variations in colour, cutting, finishing, positioning and dimensions can occur during commercial printing and finishing processes.
Such minor variations are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices will be displayed or quoted before an order is confirmed.
Any applicable VAT, delivery charges or additional services will be shown or communicated as appropriate.
Full payment may be required before an order enters production.
6. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates unless we specifically confirm otherwise in writing.
Turnaround times may vary according to the product, quantity, finishing requirements, artwork approval and delivery location.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
7. Personalised & Custom-Made Products
Most Prestige products are manufactured or printed specifically to the customer's chosen specifications.
Cancellation and return rights can therefore be different from those applying to standard non-personalised goods.
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
8. Problems With an Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs showing the problem.
We may request additional information or photographs so that we can investigate.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
9. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Images and product mock-ups are provided for illustration and may not exactly represent the final printed product.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Prestige name, branding, website design, text and other original website content belong to Prestige or are used with permission and must not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Prestige will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by consumers.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live.
